About Paul D. Willis

I was raised in the small town of Middletown, MD. It was a wonderful place to grow up. With loving parents and three amazing siblings, we had an beautiful childhood full of memories, creativity, music, theology, nature, art, martial arts, and painting ( watercolor).

I attended college in Quincy, MA where I met my wife Heather. We've been married for over 30 years and have one daughter, Holly. Heather is a calming force and devotional writer who calls people deeper into the story of God through the Book of Nature. You can read her work on her website: www.heatherjwillis.com

After getting my degree in history I went to work in Raleigh, NC as a Career Coach. Eventually, I attended seminary through Northwest Nazarene University as received my Master of Divinity Degree. I am currently thinking about starting my doctoral work in Open and Relational Leadership. We currently live in Monroe, NC

I am ordained clergy and have served in leadership, both business and the church, for over 25 years.

My passion is to help executives, managers, founders, and team leads recover from burnout or toxic, controlling environments, and find novel, creative ways to lead.

Grounded in open and relational leadership, my method is a non-coercive, relationship-first approach that empowers employees rather than dictating to them. It views the corporate future as unwritten, emphasizing that mutual trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility are essential for navigating a highly dynamic market.
